What we collect

When you call, we record the call and log your phone number, the time and how long it lasted. When you fill out a form, we get what you typed in.

What we do with it

We pass your name, phone number, town and problem description to one technician so they can contact you about the repair. We use call records to settle billing with technicians and to see which pages people find useful.

We don't sell your information. We don't send it to more than one technician for the same request unless the first one can't take the job.

Call recording

Calls to our number are recorded. You'll hear a notice at the start of the call.

Technician applications

Information on technician applications is used to check certification and insurance and to set up call routing. It isn't shown on this site.
