Program name: Clarksburg Heating & Air Network service-request texts, operated by Apex NRG Services LLC.
Program description: Texts about your heating or AC service request: confirming we got it, scheduling, a technician's callback, and follow-ups on that request. Our dispatch staff and technicians also receive alerts about new service requests. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in in one of two ways. On our service-request form (and our technician application form) there is an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Checking it means you agree to receive text messages from Clarksburg Heating & Air Network about your service request, scheduling and follow-ups. You can send the form without checking it, and consent is not a condition of service. Second, if you call (681) 405-6130 and we miss your call, we may send one text back to the number you called from to let you know a technician will call you back. Reply STOP to that text and you won't get any more.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Usually one to a few messages per service request.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.
